Welcome to Gillyrose Cakes. I am a small business based in Chippenham, Wiltshire and I specialise in bespoke floral cupcakes. The name Gillyrose has come from a combination of my maiden name, Gill, and my middle name, Rose.

I have always loved home baking, and found my passion for piping floral cupcakes when I created a floral cupcake display for my Mother's 90th Birthday celebrations. This was my first foray into piping. Since then, my interest has grown, which led me to undertake a City and Guilds Level 1 Sugarcraft Course. I have made cupcakes and bouquets for friends and family. After receiving positive feedback and reviews, I decided to take this venture to the next level. So, here we are...

I have completed my Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Course and the FSA Food Allergy Online Training. My business is fully registered with the local Council, and I am also insured.

ALLERGEN NOTE: My kitchen handles dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, nuts and peanuts and therefore is NOT allergen free. If a 'made without' dairy or gluten cake is ordered, I will ensure every effort and precaution is taken to lessen the risk of cross contamination. After the cakes are collected, it is your responsibility to ensure that anyone consuming or dealing with the product are aware of any allergens.
