Allergens:

ANY ALLERGIES MUST BE DECLARED AT THE TIME OF ORDER. Ingredients include EGGS, Flour (WHEAT), Sugar, Margarine (MILK), Butter (MILK), Vanilla Extract. Additives may be present if colourings are used in the buttercream icing. Please be aware that whilst my cakes do not specifically contain nuts, I cannot guarantee that they are nut free, as nuts are present in the kitchen.

Storage:

All cakes are prepared without the use of any preservatives. Your cakes are freshly baked for your collection date, therefore I cannot guarantee an extended shelf life, and would recommend they are consumed within 2-3 days. Please store your cakes in a cool, dry place- refrigeration may alter the flavour and texture of the product.

Payment:

Orders will be processed once cleared payment has been received. All products are made to order. Once orders have been finalised, via a confirmation email, payments are non-refundable. Adjustments and alterations after the point of order finalisation are subject to the discretion of Gillyrose Cakes.

Collection and Transportation:

​

Cakes can be collected from my premises at a prearranged time and date. The collection address for all orders is in Chippenham and the full address will be sent to you at the point of confirmation. All collections will be contactless, and will conform to COVID-secure guidelines. I cannot be held responsible for any damage rendered to the cakes once they have left the premises. As cakes are delicate and fragile, I recommend that they are transported on a flat surface, i.e. the front passenger footwell or flat car boot is the safest place.
